1. Content Standards for MintyFans Users  

   Users of MintyFans, including visitors to our website, registered members, and those accessing our online services, are strictly prohibited from submitting or uploading content that is unlawful, infringes upon copyright, or is deemed reasonably harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable. This includes content that may promote bigotry, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or other characteristics. Content must always align with our commitment to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment on MintyFans.

 

2. Content Monitoring and Review Rights  

   Minty Space Ltd reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, screen, block, post, remove, modify, store, and review content or communications transmitted through MintyFans at any time and for any reason. This may be done without prior notice to the user and is to ensure compliance with our Terms of Use and community standards. Our monitoring efforts aim to maintain a secure, respectful environment for all MintyFans users, while respecting user privacy and acting within applicable legal frameworks.

 

3. Response to Claimed Copyright Infringement

   Upon receiving a notice of claimed copyright infringement from a complaining party (the Complainant):

   - a. A designated agent or authorized Minty Space Ltd team member, in coordination with our legal department, will undertake the following actions: (i) promptly remove or disable access to the alleged infringing material; (ii) forward the written notice to the user responsible for the allegedly infringing content, along with the Complainant's contact information; and (iii) notify the user that access to the material has been or will soon be disabled. Additionally, Minty Space Ltd may terminate the user’s MintyFans account if there are repeated allegations of copyright infringement.  

   - b. In cases where a user believes that a copyright infringement notice has been incorrectly issued against them, the user may submit a counter-notification. This counter-notification must include: (i) the user’s physical or electronic signature; (ii) identification of the removed material or material to which access has been disabled; (iii) a statement under penalty of perjury affirming the user’s good faith belief that the material was mistakenly removed or misidentified; and (iv) the user’s full name, address, and contact number.

 

4. Procedures for Reporting Abusive or Unlawful Content

   In cases where MintyFans receives a report of abusive or unlawful content (not involving copyright infringement) or independently becomes aware of such content, the following steps will be undertaken:

   - a. A Minty Space Ltd team member will conduct an investigation and, as needed, consult with internal or external legal advisors to determine the appropriate action.  

   - b. If the content is reasonably determined to be unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with the Terms of Use, appropriate measures, including the removal or modification of content, will be taken promptly.  

   - c. If the content does not immediately appear to violate our Terms of Use, further consultation within the team will occur. The content will remain accessible on MintyFans unless a decision is made by an executive or designated authority to remove or alter it.

 

5. Accountability and Escalation

   Minty Space Ltd takes the integrity of its platform seriously. We prioritize transparency and a thorough, accountable process when managing user-generated content. Users found repeatedly violating our Terms of Use or uploading infringing or harmful content may face account suspension or termination. Our team remains committed to upholding a safe, legally compliant, and positive environment on MintyFans, and we encourage users to respect these guidelines to maintain the community's well-being.
